Bloom took over social media management for Hitchin Lacrosse Club, starting by treating matchday, recruitment, and club milestones as three different audiences needing three different voices, not one feed repeating itself.
That segmented approach shaped the content plan — matchday coverage, MVP spotlights, squad announcements — the posting cadence, and the visual identity, adapting the same audience-led method that had previously grown Sussex Lacrosse’s following by 40%, to Hitchin’s own voice and audience.
The result: an active, recognisable presence, run entirely by Bloom.

Freelance engagements
Phat Buns approached Bloom off the back of Keran’s existing content work to launch a signature menu item. Bloom built the organic content strategy behind the launch — 200,000+ views — and led the six-month execution, managing event logistics, creative briefing, and a 12-person creator partnership programme. The launch video generated 20,000+ views and produced a permanent menu addition: “The Keran Burger & Lax Fries.”
Produced content and graphics for @lborolacrosse generating 150,000+ views, including 114K reel views and 88.7K TikTok views in a single 90-day period. Multiple players cited the content directly as their reason for joining the club.
