Bloom took over social media management for Hitchin Lacrosse Club, starting by treating matchday, recruitment, and club milestones as three different audiences needing three different voices, not one feed repeating itself.

That segmented approach shaped the content plan — matchday coverage, MVP spotlights, squad announcements — the posting cadence, and the visual identity, adapting the same audience-led method that had previously grown Sussex Lacrosse’s following by 40%, to Hitchin’s own voice and audience.
